Coleslaw
Ingredients
A small crisp cabbage, finely chopped
10 or so carrots, peeled and grated
2 tbl spn mayonnaise
1 tbl spn natural yoghurt
Splash lemon or lime juice
Little salt plenty black pepper
Method
Just toss it all together in a big bowl but add yoghurt and mayonnaise
gradually so as not to be too gloopy!
You could also try adding:
Grated cheddar and chopped green apple
Raisins or pineapple
Unsalted peanuts
Or even ham or tuna for all in one baked tattie filling
