Garlic Roast

Ingredients
2 small turnips (organic of course)
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Ground black pepper and salt to season
Method
- Rub garlic around the inside of a large bowl
- Peel neeps and chop into chunky chips
- Put neeps in bowl with oil and pepper, mix till evenly coated
- Pour into a glass oven dish and cook in a preheated hot oven for 20
mins
- Serve as part of a roast dinner or with haggis
(if not fond of garlic, roast with a sprig of rosemary or thyme)
