Kirrie BurgersIngredients2 medium courgettes MethodGrate the courgettes, carrots and cheese. Combine with flour and eggs and mix together. Make burgers with a dusting of flour and sesame seeds. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Drain on absorbent paper before serving. You can spice up the recipe by adding curry paste to the mixture. Great with a fresh salad and Guinness! |
